Two bowling balls. That’s about what I’ve lost in the past 2 months by eating clean and by doing the juicing diet for the last 9 days. 26 pounds to be exact. I have started incorporating clean foods such as baked chicken, fish, and veggies back into my diet. While juicing it is recommended to not work out as hard as you may have so, of course, I tried. I didn’t have a lot of energy at the end and I noticed my muscles hurt for a few days where they used to just hurt for a day. So as I add foods in; I’m going back to working out. Before I leave for Costa Rica I’ll post some before and after pics…..well maybe. I still ain’t where I want to be but losing all that weight has made me feel amazing. Now adding my workout routine back in should put me back to the Zeus like appearance I’ve never had. Yes, that was a joke. It’s pretty exciting talking to people about juicing. With the changes people at work have seen in me they are now trying themselves. I hope they will post on here if they read this. It’s getting lonely blogging to myself! Come on!
So only 6 days till my brother and I leave for Costa Rica. I went and bought a couple of Eno hammocks for us. Pricey, but I figure we can put them up anywhere and relax when we want. I’ll try to post pictures when we can find a Wi-Fi spot. Pura Vida!
